- Food and beverage consumption is not allowed in the great hall or the exhibition rooms.
- No large bags are permitted during this visit.
- Only the selected date or the date printed on the ticket may be used with the tickets.
- At 6:00 p.m., the Qasr Al Watan Palace closes to visitors.
- At 7:00 p.m., the Light Show is closed to new visitors.
- The Palace in Motion (Light show) is included with the ticket price. if it happens on the day you’re coming.
- 45 minutes prior to the start of the Palace in Motion (Light show), entry is prohibited.
- Light Show start at 7.15 pm. Timings may change and are subject to sunset timings.
- Light and Sound show will be operating during the Ramadan Operational Hours: 10:00 AM TO 6:00 Pm
- Qasr Al Watan will be closed to the public on the 7th and 8th of June due to an event held in the palace.
